REGISTER OF DEEDS FEE CHANGE

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008

Deeds of Trust or Mortgage.
For registering or filing a deed of trust or mortgage, whether written, printed, typewritten, or electronic, the fee shall be thirty ($30.00) for the first page plus three ($3.00) for each additional page or fraction thereof.

Re-recorded Deeds of Trust or Mortgage.
For registering or filing a re-recorded deed of trust or mortgage, whether written, printed, typewritten, or electronic, the fee shall be twenty-two ($22.00) for the first page plus three ($3.00) for each additional page or fraction thereof plus two ($2.00) for verification, if required.
